"If I could rate the hotel a zero I would, some of the pictures are misleading the room I got was not what I expected based on photos, first thing we checked in received our room keys the door couldn’t open we had to try so hard before it opened, when we entered the room there was a smell not a fresh sent, the rooms are so out dated, the bed squeaked with every move, the rest room handle came off in my hand. Staff was polite that’s it nothing else about the hotel was good. I would not recommend."
"Huge rooms. Friendly staff. Horrible service. Best free breakfast I have experienced. Dining room is clean, big and welcoming. Parts are still being renovated. No laundry facilities when we were here."
"If you are looking for luxury this is far from it. This is a place to rest your head on a low budget. Room was clean with no frills and tv worked. Bathroom was clean and hot and cold water worked. Window a/c was noisy and on all night."
"One of the best quality Inns!! The room was big and clean!And even tho I got a smoking room it did Not smell like an ashtray!! Breakfast was hot and fresh as well. Everyone that we saw working was friendly and the property all around looked nice and clean. Best bang for your buck without breaking bank!"
"For those that nit pick, pony up and book a room at a high dollar place. Period. This is outstanding. Location is superb. Anything you could possibly need shopping wise is right around you. A Mall, Target, a great Mexican food restaurant and anything you could want to drink bar on property. I have stayed in many places at this price range and the cleanliness alone of the room was top notch. The ONLY place that has the 208 bus stop directly across the street that runs to the airport at 5:05 am and runs every 15 minutes if you have to catch a red-eye. Shuttles anywhere else start at 7 or 8 am. The view of the mountains is phenomenal. Great and clean pool. Roberto was outstanding and fast with his customer service and knowledge of the area. I highly recommend and will definitely be be back again because I felt safe and the public transportation runs early to late and often. Loved my stay. Thank you!"
