"The most disgusting and dirty place I've ever stayed at, and if you ever leave anything there by accident and you go back for it the next day, I guarantee it's gonna be gone. Left my stroller there by mistake and sent my husband to pick it up and it was gone."
"For the price this place was very nice. Clean, spacious, easy parking, easy off/on the expressway. Pleasant and efficient young man at the desk, not too much talking as can occur when you just want to get into your room and relax. Definitely will stay here again. Added bonus: there is a fantastic Mexican restaurant right next door you can walk to. Authentic cuisine. A little hot for some tastes so be sure to include a beverage that soothes the tongue."

"So my son stayed last night while visiting El Paso. He loved the room. Sent me pics of the room. Then this morning told me the stay was horrible. Upstairs they were loud and he complained and the staff didn’t do anything about it. He didn’t get any sleep. And he spent a lot of money to stay for one night and not to get any sleep. He was going to stay again. But after the night he had he is checking out and not coming back. I expected more from a company like this. I am extremely disappointed and will be contacting corporate."
"Staff is friendly, room is mostly good. Restroom (in particular the shower) was dirty and in desperate need of renovation, no shower gel/shampoo provided, and saw a couple roaches. I'd generally automatically give one star based on this, but I want to reward the property for the rest that was actually good."
