"i LOVING LIVING IVE BEEN HERE FOR MORE THAN THREE YEARS AND IVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES,BUT TODAY WHEN I CAME HOME ,I FOUND MY TOILET STOPPED UP AND SO BAD THAT IT WAS LEAKING IN MY NEIGHBORS APARTMENT. I WAS SO UPSET WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT I DIDNT AND COULD NOT FIND AND EMERGENCY CONTACT.... PLEASE PLEASE"

"Extremely unprofessional. 0 regard for covid. Forced their way into my apartment after continuing to let them know I could have covid and that they should not come in. Refused to wear a mask to come in, and when I expressed concern about them coming into contact with the virus, repeatedly said “I don’t care” and “oh well.” Please be careful when deciding on this apartment or coming into contact with its staff"

"We moved in January. We are very upset with the way the office is run Isabel who runs the office is never in her office, we have been towed multiple times even when parked in visitor spot, we have been told we forgot to pay rent when it was in the dropbox, she didn’t even bother to check. It’s very unprofessional."

"We love this place. The management is always prompt when it comes fixing things. I have had a few emergency situations and they responded within 30 minutes to an hour. The apartments are a great price for the space you get. They are also doing a lot of upgrades. I think the management really cares about the community here because they are always giving away free things and trying to make updates. I did have to clean up alot the day before I moved my stuff in here, but that's pretty normal. I recommend The Woods of Haltom and Whener properties if you are looking for a chill apartment that is decently priced."
