Holiday Inn Express and Suites Haltom City Ft Worth, an IHG Hotel

"Called last night around 1:30 the lady who picked up the phone seemed very annoyed from the start and was definitely not welcoming what so ever had such an ugly attitude and overall seemed like she didn’t want to even want to answer the phone she also hung up on me after I asked her a question , then called back and she answered again she asked how many people I said 3 and she said a room with 2 beds was gonna be $69 plus tax I said okay thank you I’ll be otw shorty will I be able to check in on the phone or when I get there she said “which whatever you want” less then 10 minutes later I arrived and called from the phone in the front entrance to tell her I was here because no one was at the desk she then said it was gonna be $90 plus tax and I began to tell her I spoke with her on the phone not too long ago and she gave me a different price, still in a very rude tone she says “that was before you had a child with you “ note I was with two other adults no child she begins to argue with me talking straight nonsense I could not understand finally she says “take it or leave it get out or I’ll call the cops” the absolute worst experience no one should be talked to or treated that way. She had no respect and was extremely disrespectful and now the phones are off."
