"During really bad ice storm temps 30 and below, manager did not "flip" switch from office to turn on heater. He hung up on me (had to call on cell phone due to no phone in room) and then ignored other 60 attempts to call. Asked police for help. from 8 pm to 2 am no heat until police knocked on his door. then he turned off heat again at 6 and had to ask police again for help. He then lied saying went off due to thermostat. He was the thermostat. I should not have been charged and he should have been charged with elder abuse."

"The room’s smell is full of cigarettes, the heat is not working. The way they run their business make me feel disgusting, moving the customer to the room that is not in a working condition without asking for permission even we have pay the full price. I really disappointed! They also treat people with discrimination and disrespectful. The only advice I can give is never book this hotel, you don’t want to pay money for a service and receive something like this."

"My wife and I was in town to visit family. It was late at night when we checked in. The room we had was very clean and did not notice any smells or any kind of bugs, we was planning on staying 2 nights but we will probably have to head back to Ohio early. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. For the price you can't beat. I seen the past negatives review's on this hotel and I don't see what they was complaining about. I was in the military for 16 years and have sleep in some really bad hotels. This was not bad. Like I said we would stay here again with no worries"

"Decent hotel especially when we were in a bind for a place to stay for the night. The location felt safer than some places we tried to stay at. A little in the expensive side for such a cheap hotel but we were grateful for the decently clean room and well lit parking lot. The room had a bit of a smell and the beds are very firm with very thin pillows. But it got the job done. (It was kind of awkward that they had a black light and when you turn it on there was some kind of scenery of palm trees on the wall....)"
