"Horrible. I never experienced bed bugs till I moved here. I've lived here for over 3 years and the roach problems have progressed. I'm not even a dirty person and yet they've accumulated aggressively. I hate the new owners and management, although the receptionist is great. They STILL TURN THE WATER OFF WITHOUT notifying the tenants. Which is illegal!"

"Easily the worst place to live. It's just a bunch of drama and fights and cops getting called. The manager has absolutely no clue what she's doing and just brags that since she was a bartender she knows what she's doing. Pretty much no maintenance so be prepared to fix your own stuff. Oh and no pets unless you're the manager which has pets. Almost forgot they have roaches bad"

"I've lived in nice places, but this new manager and maintenance husband and wife team are on top of fixing this place up. Everytime we've had a problem they've taken care of it. We've never had to wait more than a couple of days for them to respond on maintenance request and fixed our problem in post hast (immediately)."

"Im thankful they let me live here. Ive been her for several yearsm yes roachers need a 21day wipe out with orkin pest control. I pay my rent every mo and Melissa does a good job working with ppl. The dog poop right in my front door needs to be stopped. Big dogs and puppies. . management will take care od that I hope. Steve the owner is a nice person sometimes he comes across densive but I donot he means to. So I say cuddos to melissa. Steve and maintance..plz dont hate on our homes they are trying really hard to get things fixed."

"Management does not do her job correctly. This property is not "low income" at all. 750.00 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath come on really that's low income? Nope."
