"I summitted an application along with the fee which was about $250 plus the application. The agent also advised me that the call would be recorded for future purposes. I understood and went forward with the application which was stated that it was refundable if denied. And instead of calling me, I received an email that I was denied and did not refund my funds. I called and the agent told me it was non-refundable. I told them to check their recorded call and just apologized and said sorry no its non-refundable. If I would of know $250 was non-refundable, I would have NEVER tried to put in an application to begin with."
"Mosaic charged me water payments after I had moved out and after my final bill. After months of no contact via email or mail, this debt was sent to a debt collector unbeknownst to me causing more issues."
"Tessa was a great help, from looking for the perfect apartment to signing my lease. She helped me every step of the way and made moving in very easy. There has been minor issues but maintenance is on top of it. As soon as a maintenance request is made maintenance comes out the same week. Overall so far it is a great living experience. Thanks Tessa."
"My car was stolen from these apartments and they won’t let me end my lease without paying the rest of the lease off. Personal information was in the car with my address. I was told to hide my car after I got it back because this is what the thief does. He steals scatpacks specifically! I was told this guy must have been watching me for a while. Be on the look out. I’ve seen other reviews on here about theft and robberies. Find a secure and safe apartment complex. I asked a blonde in the office (don’t know who she is) so even if it’s unsafe I’d still have to pay to leave my lease? She said yes! Edited:issue has been resolved but due to the run around of proving the need to move to them; I’m going to leave this up. I had to message you guys with proof of what the lease said. I also sent my text message proof. Then they asked for a police report. I was never told anything about me needing proof! I was flat told no."
"I can’t wait to get out of this lease. My air conditioning went out over a week ago and the knats has been everywhere since. It’s not important to the leasing office. I’ve done everything I can but they still haven’t came to fix this problem. I’m not the only resident that’s dealing with this problem. It’s gotten so bad here lately. Save your money and lease somewhere else."
