The Waller County Fairgrounds, located at 21988 Farm to Market 359 in Hempstead, Texas, is home to the Waller County Fair Association (WCFA), a charitable tax exempt 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting a wholesome and productive lifestyle for youth.
