"It was beautiful weather and it was perfect for a walk and we wanted to see what animals we could spot. Also, a very cool spot to plane watch! Of course during spring, when the trees are blooming with green leaves, it's a much prettier view, but it was still nice to see. I took a star away because there is more trash in the water than before. Maybe the city should keep it clean? Or hire someone to do it. Would hate for it to be left without care and be a dump later, poor fish."
"Great park nestled just outside Sugar Land next to the airport. Plenty of trails to go exploring and a large lake with boardwalk. They have recently updated the park with several more parking spaces and trail upgrades. Great place to visit and it’s free. If you visit the park, consider making a donation of money or time. Details can be found on their website."
"Ample parking. Restroom facilities. Dogs allowed on leash. Free. Some paved pathways. Well maintained. Nice park with lots of trails. Most trails are very well marked, though I did manage to get myself turned around a bit. Unfortunately the lake was dried up when I visited but I'm sure it's lovely when it's not dried up. Picnic table were available. I didn't see a playground, but I also was not searching for one. It is RIGHT NEXT TO an airport so it isn't super quiet."
"Nice wooded park with lots of trails and watery areas. Decent amount of parking. Note of caution: although biking is forbidden on the trails, bikers ignore this and fly through and if you have small kids it can be dangerous."
"This is the best park in Sugar Land where you will be able to see and experience nature. I got really close to nature when I was hiking on many trails in the park. With improvement projects and new parking space being built now, I am sure Cullinan Park will attract more and more nature-loving people both inside and outside of the city of Sugar Land."
