"Lived here now 10 years,pay on time every month,latest management wont do anything , to get things fixed you have to jump through hoops to get anyone to fix it, and blame you for breaking things if it was installed incorrectly(cabinet),mold in ac they say mildew amd use kills spray primer to cover it up ,sheet rock and bathroom still a mess from dripping ac ,shower valve and ac problems for over 6 months ,still have issues , had work orders for them and maintenance closed them mulitple times and didnt complete work, go to office to complain and now make new policies so you cant go in office to complain ,have to email Would not recommend living here"

On several occasions, I have reached out to Eric for various maintenance requests in my apartment, and every time he has displayed a high level of expertise and efficiency. Not only does Eric have a deep understanding of his trade, but he is also quick to identify and resolve any issues that arise. One specific instance that truly impressed me was when I had a plumbing problem in my kitchen. I called the apartment office, and Eric promptly arrived at my door with a friendly smile and a can-do attitude. He listened attentively to my explanation of the issue, carefully examined the problem, and wasted no time in fixing it. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges, Eric remained calm and composed, demonstrating his skill and determination to provide a lasting solution. What sets Eric apart is his dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that repairs are not only completed promptly but also to the highest standard. From my observation, he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents. "We were here for a long time and now they are getting terrible. They have had car thefts, but for some reason the priority is being put on parking spaces not the actual crime. My vents have mold in them, which they deny, even though I know for a fact it is mold. We recently started to see roaches which we had to buy our own baits. Many light switches do not work. The rooms have no internal lights so we have to use lamps all over. The only ceiing fan is in the so called dining area, but we have to use that as a cupboard becasur there is not actual pantry area. This new management is trying to make these apartments like the new ones around here, but the only way that will happen is to tear them down and start over. I had high hopes for the new management but it was a let down."

"Don’t be fooled by the model home, this place is roach infested. The apt they tried to have me sign a lease for need major repairs; the a/c wasn’t working the water wasn’t running in the master bathroom. There was trash littler all around the trash area."

"The worst place I've ever lived. Too many issues to mention. Half of my outlets didn't work, I had mold/mildew growing rampant in my AC vents, I had a hole from where the previous dryer vents fell out of the wall, outlets would sporadically fall out of the walls, it took at least 3-10 tickets to get anything fixed - if that. When I left, I still had opened fix- requests for things that had been reported months prior. The maintenance guy would throw couches in the dumpster (I saw this first hand multiple times) and then claim that residents were blocking up the dumpster with them. The one handicap building entrance was on a parking spot (so was really unusable). Handicapped residents made their own make-shift ramps to get into their own building. There was always trash EVERYWHERE. My AC constantly went out, and turns out it was missing a side (I discovered this myself after the 3rd time getting a window unit). Stuff was always broken and would stay broken for months. They also used the cheapest ways to NOT fix problems - like putting a brick on a AC unit to keep it from rocking. The stairs leading up to my apartment were missing bolts when I moved in and the staircase rocked back and forth, knocking constantly against my living room wall. I had to tell them their stairs were broken and a hazard... And it STILL took 2 months for them to add one nail to it - which came out after a few weeks. I slipped on the stairs when they iced over - management didn't care because it "wasn't their responsibility" to ice the walkways. An outlet literally fell out of my wall - the ticket in response after they didn't screw it back in said "outlet works fine". It was still out of the wall when I moved out. The worst story was when during a 1 month period, hornets were building a nest in my kitchen. I kept killing them and they came back in every day. I am allergic to hornets. After 6 requests to have weather stripping put on my patio doors and windows and have my attic door sealed up, the manager said it wasn't their responsibility, and if I was allergic, I needed to make sure I had an EpiPen. Yes, that is a true story. Unfortunately there are about 40+ more terrible stories, but there's not enough room for them. Nothing is Management's responsibility, or they know nothing about it. I moved out 2 months before my lease was up and just paid out the lease because I couldn't deal with it any longer. This place should be shut down for willful negligence."
