"I have been a resident here for awhile. And it's great. No bugs. No crazies. But I will say make sure you have your cash verified that it's real because I just had to drive all the way back from Dallas because they threatened to call the cops because my money wasn't real. I had to drive up to the chase and video record and prove my money wasn't fake. And then they said the counterfeit pen doesn't work.... no homie... the machine doesn't work. They rescanned the money that HAD A GREEN LIGHT... just for it to turn red. And then he took money out of his own pocket, and once it showed even HIS money was fake.... then it seemed I was telling the truth. So if your paying cash, make sure you have proof it's real. I'm tired of people messing with me man. :("
"I’ve been here for a couple of weeks while my apartment gets ready. I must say I love it here. The front desk staff is always so helpful and friendly. Whenever I need something they are very prompt with their response. The place is very clean and super quiet. Close by a lot of restaurants. I highly recommend"
"I actually was very pleased with my stay here. I stayed 5 nights. The staff was very patient and very nice with me and that was everything. Thank you. Personally I’ve never stayed anywhere with a kitchenette that had a stove top so that was awesome! It was clean, quiet and overall just a really nice place to stay. Again thank you so much(:"
"Needed a cheap place to stay for about a month while we waited for our apartment to be ready. Overall I can't say much bad about this place. The worst we encountered was a non-smoking room which smelled heavily of tobacco and had a bit of a roach problem. Also, the stove tops in some of the rooms had issues. Aside from that, our stay was mostly comfortable and free of issues. Rooms and beds were acceptably clean. Kevin and Derrick were the individuals we dealt with the most, and things always seemed pretty straightforward and easy with them. It's no luxury stay, but if you need a roof over your head for a bit, you could do much worse."
