"Nice establishment but I didn't have a smooth application process as it took over a week for them to "verify" my landlord and once I was approved for the unit a week later, I kindly declined within 3 days because I came across a better option. However, Initially I was told the deposit was refundable and after I withdrew the application Simon refused to return my deposit because I didn't inform them in a timely manner, when really my application was not completed in a timely manner on their end."

"My husband and I have lived here since July 2020. Waterford has been nothing short of amazing, the entirety of our stay. The office staff is phenomenal, I will honestly miss Leslie and Simon. We've moved out of state, and my biggest drawback to leaving Texas was leaving this community. If you have the opportunity to live here, do it. You will not regret it. The maintenance team is great, quick and efficient. Leslie and Simon are supportive, and caring of our struggles.... this team makes living here easy, which is saying a lot given the economic climate."

"I have been at this location for greater than 4 years. The price has been exceptional along with management and maintenance. It has been a great place to live, It's safe, quiet (I'm on the second floor), well maintained, and management is quick to respond to my needs. Police patrol the property. It's an older property, so the rooms are spacious. I have a second floor unit and have loved the property during my stay thus far. Because of my location from apt to vehicle, I downgraded the stars from 5 to 4."

"We just moved in about a week ago and so far so good. The service has been so great. I felt very welcomed by Leslie and the whole apartment complex is very clean and quiet. We turned in our walkthrough paper of things that needed to be fixed (only a few things) and the maintenance fixed it right away. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I feel that for the price (they just went up $50 on the rent per month) they could do a few updates in the apartments especially to the kitchen. The appliances and aesthetic are old and outdated. There is still popcorn on the ceilings. The tub creaks when you step in it. I know they are old apartments but maybe some fresh paint on the cabinets or something would spruce it up. Despite the outdated look, I am overall very happy with the apartment complex especially the manager Leslie. She is so nice and willing to work with you. I would recommend these apartments!"
