"I have been living here for about a year now. Savannah in the office is amazing. She’s always willing to help us when we need her. The grounds are always kept very clean. Erick does a very good job helping us when something needs fixing in our apartment. He is also very kind and knowledgeable of what he is doing. I feel they care about us. The apartments are very nice inside as well. We plan on living here for quite sometime. The apartments are also quiet."
"When will this complex get decent WORKING washers and dryers???? The laundry facility is ALWAYS dirty and nasty. I just want to wash and dry clothes with working, CLEAN machines!!!! Do better, Davis Park Apartments and management."
"I have lived @ Davis Park since October 2016. Property was purchased in 2017, and the new owners have made significant improvements over the years. Our Current Property manager Savannah, is excellent. She's friendly, professional, and prompt to resolve any issues that occur. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. I plan to live here to my retirement in about 10 years."
"Just like at any apartments, there are things you need to get done prior to moving in and Savannah was so helpful with ALL of it! On my actual move in day things were pretty hectic with the company I chose to get renters insurance through and even though she had no control over what was going on she was patient with me and assured me everything was going to be fine and sure enough she made sure I moved in that day!!! We just got all moved in and the 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for my little family! It's a beautiful community and my kids love the picnic area!"
"My mom has lived in these apartments for more than 2 decades. Management has changed several times so Mom has seen her share of good and not so good managers. Bethany is an exceptional manager and human being. She cares about the residents as well as the property. My mom is considered elderly and isn't tech savvy or as quick with changes and needs help sometimes. Bethany took the time to help my mom set up her online resident portal, showed her how to make online payments, renew her lease electronically and so much more. She assists my mom with updates and changes that come about if she needs help and always listens to concerns so they're taken care of in a timely manner. I've seen how helpful and patient she is with my mom as well as other residents."
