"Since the time I tour I had a really great experience with Leo and Danielle. They are very professional and made the moving processes easy. There's was a few things i was new to but they were very patient. I love my apartment and the amenities are just A+. I also want to say that maintenance has been amazing. They are nice when they come in and very fast when it comes to make sure my work order is completed."

"Quality: The apartment complex is cheap luxury. The looks are there but the quality is not. The structure as a whole is not leveled whatsoever. My cabinets were put it in crooked, the structures in my closet are crooked and slanted at the top. My , along with all of my neighbors that i can see, balconies are all leaning towards the ground. There are light switches that do absolutely nothing. The features that are different depending on the unit you have. For example, all building 5 units do not have balconies (despite whats advertised). And I have met tenants that were not informed that their units didnt have balconies. Building 5 also does not have full garage spaces. This is among other things that vary across each building. Overall Service: ATP I AM NOT SURE IF ITS INCOMPETENCE OR A FLAT OUT SCAM. I applied for this apartment a month early, was approved and received leasing and move in summary. On my move in summary $1760 was the price due at move in. On my move in day the price was suddenly $1900+. They claimed that the system they used to calculate the move in summary had been sending out inaccurate amounts and that this had happened to at least 10 other people. At which point I begged the question if its happened to 10 other people then why is it still an issue and why was I not notified of the error when I asked 5 times!!! before my move in date if this was all correct. When I spoke with the manager, Rebecca, about this she claimed she had no knowledge that this error had been going on. 2 months later a friend of mine moves in, and when she first received her summary I advised her to confirm the price with them because of the issue they had with mine. Surely thinking 2 months later this issue should be resolved. She confirmed the price multiple times and then the day of move in the same thing happens, they tell her the system didnt calculate correctly and she actually owes another $100 or so."

"Update: Danielle reached out and I was able to get the information that I needed. Danielle gets a five star for the tour on Saturday. She was knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. Danielle told me verbally the the price of base rent. I couldn’t remember it so I called yesterday. A guy picked up. I explained it to him. He claimed to not know the information and that he would take my contact information and call back. I even suggested he email it to me. Please note that I didn’t receive a call back or email. This place is no longer being considered as a home for me. The simple question regarding the base rent amount is too much for them. Imagine big issues that may arise."

"Decent apartments but our moving out process wasn't the smoothest due to poor calculating and communicating on their end. It’s pretty difficult to get a hold of someone actually in the office, and even if you leave a message with the call center, it's very rare that you'll get a returned call in a timely manner. It's a new facility so you really have to bare with the staff and manager because they're also learning the processes for a lot of things. If you're willing to do that, hopefully you won't have a problem. Maintenance during my stay was pretty timely though!"
