Venue at Hometown

"We were searching for new home near by work and found this place, as soon as we walked in Kara welcomed us and take a tour. Super helpful and she was amazing help! Thank you Kara!"

"What ever you do, do not move here especially if you enjoy your sleep. They will put families with small children on the top floor who keep you up all night. But if you complain they can't do anything about it but also you'll get threatened to be evicted if you approach those tenants. Then there's the issue with their trash system. You have to set your cans out after 9pm and they pick up sometime late at night. Well the night we moved out, we set the trash cans out with trash for pick up and the cans were stolen. So now we are being charged $50 for cheap Walmart cans. Then they have made the assumption that we stole them. This place is falling apart and while the actual facility is nice, the people here are all disrespectful, lazy and entitled. Oh I should also add that if any of your neighbors (next to you, above or below) are smoking weed in their apartment yours will be fumigated with the smell. The office wouldn't do anything about it even when they knew there were BABIES AND TODDLERS living with those people or around them."

"I actually found you by mistake. I was looking for a different complex, and stubbled into yours. I was pleasantly surprised. Kara instantly took great care of me. Out of all of the complexes I went to that day she is the only one that reached out to me same day! I didn't feel like I was wasting her time. Because of the size of my family and the fact that we would be renting 3 apartments, we felt it best we get a house at this time, however Venue was my first choice. Thank you Kara."

"I’ve been living at the Venue for about 7 years. The quietness and the people are what makes living here the BEST!! And the staff does what they can to make it a wonderful living experience. The maintenance people are fast when ever I have a maintenance issue. They are very gracious and professional. I’m now going to take a minute drive to walk around a lake — it’s only one mile around lots of houses. I don’t think the lake was here when I moved in. But I know it’s there now… and they’re almost finished building the 60 (guessing) homes!!! See picture of the lake."

"I've been at The Venue for 2 months now and I'm most impressed with their office staff. Without a doubt the best people I've ever encountered at an apartment complex. They're very responsive to maintenance requests and issues with rent included services. This is the first apartment complex I've lived in where I feel like the office is on my side, not just collecting rent. They're great. The complex is conveniently located next to several restaurants and Kroger. I walk most places. So far, The Venue is the best complex I've ever lived in."
