"For years, I was very happy with the service from this clinic. However, due to my most recent experience, I had to take down my good review and replace it with something more current. I am seeing other people with poor experiences, and I think this clinic has gone far downhill, unfortunately. My dog started having issues shortly after receiving a vaccination from this clinic, and upon me expressing concerns to the veterinarian all I received was a threat stating that if I don’t trust the clinic and think the vaccine caused any issue that the veterinarian would no longer treat my dog at that clinic. At this point, I will never take any of my pets back to this clinic. Not EVER! I don’t know for sure if the vaccine was the direct cause of the issue but when I voice my concerns I expect a veterinarian to take my concerns seriously, not get nasty with me because I stated my concern. I can’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. And I won’t be taking any of my pets here anymore."

"This is the only Dr who offered to treat my pet other doctors at the corporate vet shops just said go ahead and Euthanize. While the treatment has a slim chance of working he still offered it and it was very reasonably priced. This Clinic has made us a customer for life."

"I've been coming to Dr. Perla since he opened his vet office in Stafford. He is.a great doctor, but the staff is nonchalant and horrible. Setting an appointment is a waste of time!! I had an appt at 10am and checked in at 9:48am. Another person who was a WALK IN checked in at 9:50am and the doctor saw them 1st. I wasn't seen until 10:25am. This is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful of my tine!!!"

"The worst service. I called before and asked if I needed appointment and they said I could walk in, I did and then they said I will have to wait between 30-45 min, it passed over 1.3h hour and finally had the chance to go to the doctor office and they made me wait another 45min inside waiting for the doctor which never showed up after 1hr I left. It is a cheap clinic, but I must said more important than money, is time. NEVER COMING BACK"

"Dr. Perla is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I brought my sick cat in not knowing she had a life threatening condition that needed immediate care and surgery. He broke the news as gently as possible and offered excellent care for her. All of the staff were so patient, kind and compassionate."
