"I live in New Mexico and travel to Houston frequently for medical appointments with my husband and two children. This is the only company that I will work with for long medical stays. We stayed in an apartment in the Maroneal for 10 months while I was going through chemo and most recently an apartment in the Domain at Kirby while I recovered from surgery. I have no complaints, even when we ran into a hiccup or two Adam always responded and took care of the problem promptly. The apartments were clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. A true home away from home. It was amazing to have one less thing to worry about while dealing with my medical concerns."

"Should be a 0 star. Stayed at the Kimpton apartments in the medical district for my cancer treatment. The first day we moved in the unit it was filthy and the vacuum didn’t work to vacuum up the Cheetos and food that was found under the bed. My wife and mother spent the entire day cleaning the apartment. We notified nations corporate housing about both. They offered to send the cleaner back (after we already cleaned the unit) and said they would have another vacuum sent over, which we received two weeks later after buying one. After moving in, we started noticing roaches and realized there was an infestation, seeing multiple each day. Nations had the apartment management spray which just made things worse. Spraying caused the female roaches to lay eggs and then we started seeing baby roaches. Once the roaches started dropping from the ceiling fan and crawling on our baby, we decided we had enough. Nations did offer to move us to another apartment, but it had dead roaches when we looked at the unit and was also too far of a walk to the car for me. They refused to let us out of the lease and we ended up having to incur the cost of a hotel on top of the lease to escape the roaches. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars in large tubs to seal our belongings in so roaches didn’t follow us. On top of all of this, Adam who is one of the owners of Nations Corporate Housing, refuses to refund us our deposit stating one of the parking tags is missing. Both myself and father can confirm both tags were left with the keys when we left. Adam sent a photo of the one tag left behind and it was not in the location both were left, so clearly they were moved. Horrible experience with Nations Corporate Housing. They started this business because they saw the need for housing for medical patients when a family member had cancer. Clearly they’ve lost sight of their initial mission and only care about making money. We are beyond disappointed. If you are a medical patient, I highly advise looking elsewhere."

"Rented a unit @ Greenbriar Park , Houston, TX. The complex is nice and quiet, well maintained and an excellent location if looking something near Texas Medical Center. Upon arrival you can appreciate the unit is kept in good condition. All electronics worked as they should, all the kitchenware that is needed was considered and linens were impeccable. The process of renting was smooth and Adam and his staff were always at hand when we had inquiries."

"We stayed at an apartment in the Stella complex in Houston. Adam, who was the person I dealt directly with at Nations, was an amazing help throughout our whole stay! He was accessible 24/7. He helped us get settled and also helped with our many questions. He was professional, polite, caring and helpful. We had to stay at an apartment due to a family member being at St. Luke's hospital for a surgery. Adam was very flexible with our in and out dates. We were able to extend as we needed depending on our family member's medical needs. I would highly recommend Adam and his team at Nations Corporate Housing. I strongly feel that we had multiple options of furnished apartments that Adam could have leased to us. The one we chose fit our needs and our budget. If you are looking for short or long term housing in the Houston area (I'm not sure what other areas the company services) please consider looking up Nations Corporate Housing! You won't regret it!"
