"This is just a great place to stay! The people there are super nice customers as well as the staff place is really nice as far as it's clean and I've never had any issues there you know break-ins to my room or to my car so those are my standards as far as being happy with the room."
"I wish there was a 0 star rating. Very very bad, dirty and unsafe place. We booked, and wanted to cancel immediately after seeing the rooms and the said No to call customer service who kept on hanging up after we asked for our refund. And the told us we could cancel before 9am the next day and get full refund but they didn’t wanna give our refund even though we cancelled 5 mins after booking and seing the room. Dirrrttty bedsheets, smelly rooms, nasty floors and couches. Plz don’t even think of booking this place. Very very very dirty place. Bad bad customer service. The only want ur money . And whe the take it, the become rude . JAILS MOST BE CLEANER THAN THIS PLACE . I have never seen such a disgusting place like this one before. Zero safety. Beware !!!!!"
"******DENIED MY GIRLS SERVICE DOG AS WELL AS MINE. WITH PROPER PAPER WORK!!!!!****** Was not allowed to get a room because we had service dogs with us. Even tho I did not have to present their papers along with their tags, and we were turned away. Will be reporting them to the correct agency to file the proper complaints so no other Service dog and their owners get denied."
"Service was HORRIBLE, the ladies in the front are very rude and have bad attitudes. My boyfriend and I booked a room on 09/30/23 worth $58 & on top of that we had to deposit $50, They kept the deposit and have not refunded the deposit! Today is 10/10/23 we are still waiting for the refund! We will be filing a complaint & as a company you need hire women that aren't so negative towards all their customers."
