"Locations and rooms are great. This is night number 2. No problems with service until tonight. HECTOR was so rude!!! If I was the problem… the staff before me would agree. This HECTOR was the absolute worst. I don’t like to bring up homophobia, but he was nasty from the beginning to the end. I know what it was. So it anyone agrees with treatment of OTHERS, then don’t come here. remember…. You have family that may be gay or lesbian. You wouldn’t want ANY of them to stay here if HECTOR is working"
"The staff is amazing ! Most of all Mrs Karla she is very helpful and positive. They're always cleaning and housekeeping takes pride in cleaning the rooms. Joe the manager is understanding which is great . Will recommend"
"Horrible place to stay and very dirty. My room had cigarette holes all over furniture, carpet was dirty and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Went to the front desk and they act as if they don’t care about customer complaints. Please save your money and go elsewhere for better quality hotel."
"I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have never had a past due balance before checking out. I reserved again and was not told about any balance owed. They collected a 100 deposit and upon checking out they have a note saying I owe money and I’ve never had a balance because I booked online through Priceline always because it is cheaper. So I’m leaving town and they wouldn’t give me my money. I remember they charged my card after I left like a week later and I called them and talked to the manager and he said I didn’t owe him and he wasn’t sure why they did that. I’ve always been a good guest and paid. Although they allowed certain people to not pay I was never allowed to not pay past the same day."
"I paid for a smoking room online the lady at the front changed my reservation to a non-smoking room herself without my permission when I got there and lied said they didn't have smoking rooms and I was still charged the smoking room price. Then after I complained to customer service she told them she was banning me from the hotel and she is just the cleaning lady not the manager or anything. I'm still waiting to get my money back for the inconvenience and lies I was told and stealing my money. All the good anonymous reviews are from them. NOBODY SHOULD EVER GO HERE"
