"I am asthmatic and for a non smoking facility it reaked of smoke and triggered a severe asthma attack. I have stayed at othe sonestas suites but this one is the worst. They had nothing in the room.not even a coffee maker.the description online is not a true representation of whay ypu will get. Chose somewhere else. I should send them mu ER bill."
"5 start customer service for RAVEN , she went above and beyond when I had trouble booking my reservation because it was still under extended stay and not sonesta . She also helped me figure out how to carry the Tupperware to my room . Can't say the same for the other employee that assisted me. Rooms were comfortable and they have everything like the photos . Only didn't have a couch only a reclining chair"
"The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I travel 200 days a year. The worst management (Rachel) the worst staff,and definitely the nastiest rooms. Rachel was trying to charge me $350 for a room that was advertised for $59. They refused to clean my room, they refuse to give me kitchen equipment... I complained to corporate sent all of my photos, all to get an email from the same manager (Rachel) that I complained about... The staff (sousan)told me I should go to Marriott instead, which is what I did. Don't waste your money here... crackheads all over the property as well."
"My stay was very disappointing, front desk refused to give my son clean towels for the exchange of the used ones. The rooms wasn’t clean and it was disgusting. Price line gives me one price and the hotel over charged me. This hotel posted pictures of the office online to draw in guest. That’s because the front look decent. When the hotel is nasty. Oh and they charge my card soon as I made reservations took the money right away before I even checked in"
