"Has its + and - 's. Dont expect any floor repairs if you have furniture in the room needing repair. I'm 76 and my wife is disabled from very serious heart and lung problems. We are unable to move it out. I guess we either need to call.health dept, building department or fall thru the holes and sue them. Now they can't wait to evict us for whatever reason they can find.!+"

"Under new management now but I'm sure the same problems still exist due to word of close friends and family. Trailers are in poorly renovated conditions. Due to close proximity of neighbors there is NO way to get rid of the bugs that exist across the whole park... I sprayed 2xs month set traps and finally had to just move because you couldn't touch it. Water bill runs excessively high... High than the power bill when brought to parks attention they simply said there was nothing they could do about it. Neighborhood is kid friendly and safe due to everyone having a slueth of children of their own. Reason for 1 stars- the ability to have kids roam around at all hours without having to worry hardly exists any more. Other star is for flexibility of moving in. If there isn't one open there will be soon. Good place to stay when in a bind or for necessity but exhaust all your other options first between rent and a water bill that matches rent you'll waste all your money."
