"My car had a coolant leak and Meineke was about to close when I drove in. Explained I was 150+ miles from home and needed help, and the technicians assisted by staying a little later than usual to help out. Although they weren’t able to fix the problem, they recommended I call the local Hyundai dealer to see what they could do. Lucky for me, my car is a certified pre-owned 2022 and was still under warranty and didn’t cost me a thing to fix. They topped me up with coolant and got me to Hyundai where they were able to help me out. Even though they weren’t able to help me directly that day, lending a helping hand and pointed me in the right direction made my brief experience worth writing a review! Thanks again for helping me out in my time of need."

"If I could give a zero I would give that. Worst service anywhere. They don't do what they say and lie about it. Gave them two chances and that's it I'm done with them. Arrogant and rude. I don't recommend this place for auto repairs at all. Take your vehicle to another mechanic. Bob's Muffler in Loudon is a much better place and no I have no affiliation with Bob's."
