"Thank you to JOHN who helped us at this store. We were driving back home in a snow storm and another auto zone had sold us the wrong replacement windshield wipers. The old ones were stripped, and I was driving blind so we had to make an emergency stop. He was able to find us the correct wipers and install the new ones for us.
