"Walk to the Pharmacy. The woman rolls her eyes and says they don't carry whatever item you're searching for without even looking . All the other Food city pharmacies carry those items so it's a direct lie . Attitude and rudeness and more condescending stares. Why are the pharmacy workers here so conceited and full of themselves? I bet your pharmacy sales are dreadful compared to other stores. Makes perfect sense"
"Saw that you had a new display at the bakery counter. I wanted to purchase some items. 3 ladies behind the counter. Not one asked me if I needed help . I stood for 6 minutes. No hello one minute please. I walked out."
"I can not say enough about how wonderful the bakery department is. I came in randomly on a Monday at about 1:15 pm. I had an emergency, the order for a friend's wedding cake wasn't done by the bakery that we originally went with. I walked in and explained to the lady behind the counter. She was able to get me a half sheet cake iced and done in less than 15 minutes! She absolutely saved the day! I went to three bakeries that day and Food City was the only one willing to even try to help me."
