"Sent wife in with a photo of part (ujoint ubolt) Technicians deliberately sold her a 1.5" exhaust clamp. They're supposed to know a thing or two about vehicles, not take advantage of customers. I mean the Technicians at this store have no knowledge and surprises me that they know a automobile has 4 wheels and used on roadways. Said photo attached."

"Sparkplugs! Denzo OEM plugs to replace original ones. Toyota maintenance specs out new plugs now at 120,000 miles. Pulled one of originals out and Oreilly had the exact new ones ready to go. Great price @ $11 each. Nice people behind the counter also. I have no problem going back to this store because the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable about their parts. Edit1: ordered/paid part on line. Picked up the next day. Yes!"
