"Please do yourself a favor. Don't give your money to this business. We just got the brick and rest of the materials delivered today. Guess what, the brick is totally different then the sample, there are so many broken bricks, the mortar pallet it was put on its side and all the mortar fell off on the gravel, it supposed to rain any minute. The rest of the materials are damaged also. I sent Ralph Hurley pics of it and he tells me that you guys have to restock the mortar back. By the way he charged us $16.50/bag of mortar and when I called the front desk person he tells me that is $13.79 and the salesman can discount if we buy more. There is so more to say but just stay away from this business especially the salesman Ralph Hurley!!!"
"02/15 /23......this place is right near the ta truck stop that's in knoxville...right beside the shooting range....room for about 3 trucks on the curb...they have a sign where they want u to stop..I swapped tlrs with another one of our drivers so I can't speak to the actual unload..unloader knocked on my door about 7am...looked I side to see if anything had shifted...2 had shifted which didn't make him happy but he said it's a regular thing....looks like they take 1 truck at a time to unload...."
"Make sure not to pull up past the sign. Get out and walk into the office and tell them your there. A guy on a forklift will then come get you when they are ready. Usually they unload one-two trucks at a time."
"Very disappointing. So far I’ve been here for 2 1/2 hours waiting to get unloaded. Someone came out and explained that someone is on vacation, so they are short staffed. That was nice of them. Ok. Understandable to a point. However, they should have prepared for this beforehand. I guess having an office person fill in and help do outside work, is just too much to ask. In the end. The trucks out here waiting, pay the price. Very sad. Not a good way to run a business in my opinion."
