“Very helpful friendly staff. The jeans are grey and classic styles can still be found which is good. I was able to describe the jeans my hubby usually wears and their labelling was good for us find the pair that would fit him well. They had a great deal of 2 for $99. What a bargain.”

“Kim has been doing clothing alterations and repairs for me and my family for over 20 years. She is a highly trained seamstress and her work is always excellent. She is a great source of advice on the best way to do an alteration to suit the wearer and the item, as she is also trained in clothing cut and design. She has extended the life of many of my favourite clothes with perfect repairs and alterations, which is much better than buying new ones! She is a true professional and I recommend her highly.”

“I was so impressed and grateful for the service I received today . Unfortunately I didn't get the young ladies name at Charlestown ( I was there at around 1pm) who assisted me . I had ordered online the wrong size sandal and was advised by a lovely young man on the phone at the Kotara store to take them back to a store . I thought I would have to post them back . The young lady in Charlestown went above and beyond to get me the right size . The return policy was incredibly efficient and I'll be getting the right size delivered in a couple of days . To receive good old fashion service these days is rare . The two young people I dealt with today shows that there is a lot of good to come . I do hope that management at Platypus acknowledge these 2 legends doing wonderful things for their brand . Many thanks Katrina”

“I was there yesterday, on a long weekend Sunday. I didn't actually buy anything this time but just wanted to compliment the lovely manager or senior staff member who was patiently and thoroughly inducting a new employee. I heard solid instructions on safe use of a ladder and clear directions on the procedure for finding extra stock of sizes for customers. The young girl was clearly having an excellent first day and the person training them clearly valued her team members. Great job!”
