Water park in Warners Bay New South Wales

“Green space with amenities and plenty of shady areas to chill out and spend some relax time. Plenty of walkers and bicycle riders along the paths that are positioned parallel to the lake. Markets on selected weekends with lots of different stalls. Timber jetty out to the water and shops and cafes across the road for that snack or main meal.”

“Great playground close to cafes and foreshore. Have never had trouble getting a park in the carpark here. Toilets available. Separate toddler and large play areas. Lots of swings including a tandem toddler/parent swing. Lots of variation of equipment to play on. Fully fenced. 3 under cover picnic tables. Water fountain. Plenty of grass & shade, but the play equipment is in full sun, you'll need hats & plenty of sunscreen. Nice for a walk by the foreshore, grab a coffee then play at the park. Also great for playgroup as equipment caters for babies and older kids. Soft fall flooring for toddler area.”

“Fantastic park! Stayed here for 3 days, super clean park, amenities & friendly staff. Great spot in the water, concrete slab site, nice and quite. Will definitely stay there again.”

“We came for the Newcastle 500 weekend. The caravan park was full but did not feel like it. We had a powered campsite and felt there was plenty of space for our camper trailer, car and sitting. The showers were great. Hot water with good pressure. Very clean amenities. Friendly reception staff. Felt welcome. Close to the beach and lake. Easy access by bus to the Newcastle 500 event (1 hour but free regular buses all weekend). I’d definitely stay here again - maybe for a beachside holiday next time. “Loved our stay here. What a location! Right on the lake, shady trees, heaps of bird life, great network of walking tracks adjacent to the van park, and cheap drinks at the Wangi Workers Club. “What a great place to take the family to go ten pin bowling, plus much more. Great little arcade area with dodgem cars (would need. reasonable size group to get the most out of this) a canteen for bakery style foods and a diner with a full service bar. There was also a Barcadia that was closed on a Sunday afternoon that looked to have tap beer and some oldschool arcade games. While I didn't see the place before the renovations are very impressive.”
