“Great pizza. You have to try the pizza. This was our first visit. Great authentic and original hotel in Carrington. Bar service was excellent. I had the Earp gin cocktail for$18. There’s a choice of 3 different types. Inside and outside seating, plenty of space with a voice of areas to sit, eat and drink.”

Our children especially love it here because they aren’t confined indoors. The view is always exceptional but we mostly come here for the food and the great service. “Great food, juices and service! I was so relieved that they were still serving food at 4pm yesterday. I had a fresh juice and Buddha bowl. Buddha bowl was great with all the usual ingredients plus some yummy pineapple and salty, crunchy hazelnuts. Delicious! Colourful, tasty and full of texture. The juice was also just what I needed, with mint and melon - really thirst-quenching. Great place to stop, especially when a lot of cafes and restaurants aren't serving food anymore.”

“I go here regularly for a meal and I have never had a bad meal from here ever. The Staff are very helpful and courteous, and would recommend that if you want a great meal come here....ps there deep fried ice-creams with caramel flavouring are the best.”

“The BEST Chinese in the town! Definitely! Love this one! Went there after 2 they are about to close the lunch order, but still take us in, thanks for that. Quickly ordered the food, came up very fast. The flavour is authentic and portion is generous. Kids love the pork. Good for Campanella friends.”

“Had a couple of meals over Easter weekend while visiting family. All the staff were lovely, the premises are modern and clean. All the food was great and the chicken schnitzel was best ever. Seriously. I had vegetables instead of chips and salad and they were cooked perfectly. Kudos also to bar staff, would have thought a lemon lime and bitters could be so good?”

“Such a great pub. The drinks are reasonably priced and the food is so good here. I have never had a bad meal. Smoking seating out the front of the pub on the street is nice. The staff here are always friendly and the food comes out quickly. Multiple bathrooms so there is no wait. Plenty of street parking and a carpark to the side. A good hidden treasure that is never too busy.”

“Rooms are clean, tidy and comfy. Staff friendly and accommodating. Ordered the Rissoles for Dinner and could not fault them. Reasonably priced and order came out in a reasonable time , a few there for dinner and was expecting a longer wait time. Definitely will be back”

“Absolutely amazing!!! - I came to New Castle for a few days for a family holiday. I knew i wanted to pop a very special question but didnt plan anything specific. I was just rolling with the punches. I saw this beautiful restraunt online and gave them a quick call and explained my situation. Cordelia the function manager gave me a plan. I got to the restraunt, we went for a walk on the marina which was quiet, peaceful and absolutely beautiful with the sunset. It couldnt have been more perfect. Cordelia set up the upstairs function room specifically just for us... When we were done our walk. She had laid out a beautiful table with table clothe in the middle of the room on our own. She had candles set all around the room and beautiful flowers on the table wine glasses and cutler. we got to take the flowers home. She made it so perfect and was texting me privately at my request just to keep it a surprise. The best part is she came up regularly to take our orders and set us all up and at NO EXTRA COST! thats right! She set up this entire function room just for us. Gave me a perfect plan. Gave us beautiful free flowers! 5 star service in a function room with a beautiful view out the window all at the cost of only our meals and drinks. I cant thank her enough for how perfect this place was.”

“We wanted some vegan friendly fish and chips after Sailing today. I saw this restaurant on the local vegan Facebook group. I'm very glad we tried it. The "fish" is tofu with seaweed wrapped around it. The vegan sauce was fresh and paired nicely. The chips are hand cut and were exceptional. There was also a bigger vegan seafood basket but with just the two of us we opted for the lunch special and kids serving. Friendly and helpful staff. All in all a positive experience and we'll be back for the sorbets when they are available.”
