“Great service from Mick and Tom. Mick spent time going through pool cleaners and showed a demo of one in their on-site pool. He then showed me a range of cleaners and gave me a demo robotic cleaner to take home and try for a couple of days. I would never have considered spending what I did without this service. I returned to the shop and bought the most expensive of the options I was shown. It all came down to excellent product knowledge, spending time with me and the rake home demo cleaner.
