“We had a wake in the Renaissance Room yesterday and I wanted to share my appreciation. From the first phone call with Sarah, she was so professional and helpful. When dealing with a grieving family member, they understand that there’s a lot going on and go above and beyond, like not charging any deposit up front, the didn’t charge room hire, they were really flexible with time and menu options. They handled the wake with incredible sensitivity by making the process so easy, and on top of it the food was tasty and plentiful, the service was patient and kind. They even packaged up leftovers and had it ready in a trolley ready to wheel to car, which Bank the waiter/barman did patiently. Thank you Lisa for sorting the bill quickly. Thank you Bank for being an attentive barman.”
