Changes Psychotherapy
● Closed6-8 Clarke Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065, Australia“Marryam has changed my life. The work that she helped me do on myself honestly has been one of the biggest awakenings I’ve ever had. She has always been gentle when it’s needed, and also gives direction when it’s needed. I can say without a doubt that my life wouldn’t be as good as it is right now if it wasn’t for the work that Marryam did with me. I learned how to love myself, how to love others, and how to see through my own self defeating delusions. Could not recommend more!!!”

Abeles Consulting - Dr Roby Abeles PsyD
● Open“As a therapist myself, I am very choosy about whom I see for my own therapy. Roby's broad range of skills and therapeutic approaches are complemented by her extraordinary level of attunement and her lively sense of humour. She is an excellent teacher & trainer and I have thoroughly enjoyed attending trainings that she has run.”

The Relational Institute Australia (TRIA)
● Closed“The TRIA experience has shaped me - both as a therapist and a human being - in ways that I'm deeply grateful for. The immersive and experiential focus of the course allows for the kind of rich learning and growth that purely academic courses aren't capable of delivering. The training, the experience and the friendships and connections that I left with are priceless to me.”

Sabina Rabold
● Closed“Sabina was my teacher when I was studying a Counselling Degree course in 2001 and due to her care and encouragement I continued under her guidance to attend Groups she facilitated over a number of years. Whilst attending her groups I found Sabina's insight and feedback in difficult situations helpful. As an example of her influence, she was able to help me survive my daughter's 18th birthday party as I was entertaining "100" 18 year olds in my home plus accommodating alcoholic relatives. Sabina's wisdom in reflecting back to me the reality of the situation gave me strength to soldier on and feel a sense of accomplishment after the party. My husband and me attended a Mindfulness retreat in the Australian Outback with Sabina and she looked after our group with meditations at sunrise and sunset, movies under the stars, delicious vegan food, a bus that was bogged in mud so the group had a chance to bond with much hilarity whilst waiting for the tow truck. It was so much fun!! Donella”

Law May
● Open“Law May has helped me in more ways I thought possible. She has made me feel seen and heard without shame and acknowledged a lot of pain I felt wrong to have. She supported me along my journey of healing and without her I wouldn’t have come this far! She listens to you and hears what you have to say. She doesn’t judge or make you feel wrong for feeling how you feel. She helps you understand what you’re feeling and I am more in touch with my body because of that. Thank you law for everything you’ve done. You truly are a safe person to be around and I’m so glad I met you.”

Fractal Therapy
● Closed“I like to stay on top of things, I am a business consultant and I run my own business, as well so that means my balanced lifestyle goes out the door oftentimes! There’s only so much space for burning the candle at both ends and when I run out of energy I use Fractal Therapy to ground and centre me. It suits my personality perfectly. I like it because it works on my mind and the mind controls everything, my actions, my thinking, my emotions and that’s where the balance has to be. When I first tried a Fractal Therapy session Anca tested my hearing balance, and I discovered that my left ear was blocked from sound and then after the session my hearing was balanced and I felt more balanced inside myself. I hadn’t realised before that stress was affecting how I was listening to people and hearing. I meditate a lot, but when you’re so stressed you cannot focus properly. I found that Fractal Therapy grounded me and after I could meditate again. Now it has been a while since I have done a session and to be honest, I miss it! I like the music, the use of story and metaphors and the movements. It’s very grounding. I don’t think I would go for psychology that is just talking therapy. This can work on deeper issues too, like emotionally holding back and emotions that one has deep inside. I have definitely been more at ease and happier since I did these sessions, not so stressed out.”

From 2 to 3 | Marriage Counseling
● Closed“Ginny was incredibly helpful in allowing myself and my partner to improve our communication, connection and understanding of each other. Our relationship suffered significantly after we had our first child and it was only with the guidance from Ginny that we were able to repair our marriage. Ginny is a very astute and insightful counsellor who respectfully guides our discussions in a way that results in neither myself nor my partner feeling like we were blamed, at fault or uncomfortable. My only regret is not seeking Ginny's expertise prior to us having our first baby and struggling for so long on our own. I highly recommend Ginny and her services to any couple regardless if they are expecting or have children as I feel that she would be able to help make any relationship more meaningful.”
