“I'm giving 5 stars for the products but the overall experience each time is poor I.e. Slow order processing, customer service contact number pointless unless you message them first and wait for there call and miss picks. They can can do better for there customers and they have the resources. 2021 they need some new years resolutions,Lol. Customer should be more important to them. I've orderded about 5 times via online service and its troublesome or slow each time. I'm not one to post reviews but am keen to praise where it is due. Visiting Glen Innes branch today I was helped above and beyond by Fau one of the staff members and am so grateful for her attentiveness she managed to source an out of stock item from another branch and went the extra mile to ensure they put it aside for me to collect. “The vet specialists and veterinary nurses provided an excellent service. I had to travel over an hour to get to Sydney because no vet in my region could perform the procedue. The staff were very compassionate and were able to do the procedue the very next day. My little furbaby was very well taken care of before and after her procedure. I can't thank everyone enough for the service they provided during one of the most stressful times of my life. And I'm sure Buffy would thank everyone too if she could speak!”

“All the staff at Blooms Miranda are amazing. But Anthony is, not only the best pharmacist in the business, but also the best human in the world. He has helped me so much with his advice on how best to take my medications to manage both lupus and migraines. He never makes me feel like my questions are silly, even though I’ve asked them all a million times before. He will always take the time to explain each script, what it’s for, when I should take it and how long it will take to work. I had to go to a chemist in a different suburb last week and was horrified when they just chucked the script at me without any of the reassuring advice Anthony spoils me with! When I was feeling unwell earlier this year, Anthony mentioned the antibiotics I was on should be working by now and suggested I go back and tell my doctor. When I woke up the next morning in excruciating pain, I went straight to the hospital. When I told the emergency room doctor that I wouldn’t have even come up except for my pharmacist told me something wasn’t quite right, he said, “You need to thank that pharmacist because he has just saved you from being very, very ill.” Thank you, Anthony!
