Knew the brand, knew the process required by the brand to exchange. I entered frustrated left happy! They stood by me the customer through the whole process. I'll buy Bunnings again!”

Simone from the R.M Williams store was extremely helpful and found my size and style straight away and with all of the Christmas rush, she even personally delivered it to my house (30km away) on the day before holidays. He was very helpful and clear and really took his time with me.i told him the budget i had and took me right where I needed.He told me what was good and not the best. “Went to the new store to buy some Asic shoes. Just for walking, the young girl very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have the Nimbus 18 which was the most comfortable walking shoe. They have been discontinued. I bought a very colourful and expensive pair of Nimbus 21. Nowhere near as comfortable as the 18.”

“Eating on the street looking across Shellharbour harbour on a lovely day. Didn't want fish and chips and so got some spicy squid. Hot but not too hot, 8 pieces and $9.90 cash. Brilliant. The only downside was that the batter was a little thick for my taste.”

“Whilst small and limited by metro standards, this Myer (the only remaining store on the Illawarra after the closure of the Wollongong store) has the right mix of merchandise for the community. Combined with great service, it’s a lovely little store.”

George is one of the most helpful kind person I have had the pleasure of meeting his knowledge and information of medicines has been extremely helpful to myself and for my mum who has quiet a few ailments. “Massive Thankyou to Sylvia at Baby Bunting Shellharbour she was so absolutely helpful and knowledgeable when we approached her last week. My husband and I had a capsule and our bub was not liking it. We were trying to then work out what the difference was between a newborn to 4 yr car seat, and, a capsule. Sylvia was able to explain and show us everything and why the car seat would not have the same effect on bub as the capsule did. She also then gave us an exceptional price for the seat. We were able to buy the seat then and there and have it fitted. We now have a very happy bub and very happy parents. Thanks again Sylvia we really appreciated the time and patience you took with us. Not sure why the price varied with other Honda dealers but goes yo prove this dealer has integrity.
