“I made an appointment via their Facebook. Since early for the appointment, I went in and just browse around. Davinia immediately came and started to show me around and explain things to me. She was very friendly. After browsing I informed that I had an appointment but by then, I had already specify some of my requirements and colour scheme. The manager Paul, came by a couple of times and offered me coffee and tea when I was browsing. I was impressed with the services rendered and made an appointment for their design consultant Tony, to come to my house. I was surprised that a few days later when he came, he was briefed on all aspect of the conversation I had with the Paul. Tony was very professional and personable. I signed up for the kitchen.
