“I was a first time customer of Go Green Carpet Clean on Thursday 30 March 2023 where a very professional man called Santiago did the steam clean of the top and ground floor of my 2-storey residence in Rosebery, NSW. Due to my extensive caring duties for 2 different people and the restrictions placed on a lot of people by the COVID era, I did not get the chance to properly arrange to steam clean the carpet for a number of years. Santiago did an excellent job by firstly thoroughly cleaning the surface dust from the carpet and then the detergent combined with the powerful steam cleaning machine removed a huge amount of dirt and grime from the carpet which had embedded itself within the carpet fibres. Santiago was very understanding of the medical situation of 1 person who I care 24/7 for since AUG 2015 onwards and treated her with care, respect and patience which I highly appreciated. He did a very thorough job and I was pleased with the end state of the carpet which was a lot more hygienic than before as normal carpet cleaning cannot do the same job. I was so impressed with the quality of the job that for my own use I purchased a new SHARK carpet cleaner for the home which does a good job now at maintaining the cleanliness by removing surface dust. The price charged for the service was reasonable and that is why I will NOT hesitate to recommend the services of GO GREEN CARPET CLEAN to other potential new customers who want a deep clean of their carpets which is essential to do from time to time to maintain a clean living environment.”
