“I have been going here for years and always have had a great experience with all doctors. My compliments though are for Rebecca ( one of the lovely Receptionist) . I have been waiting on results for over two weeks now and she has been chasing them up relentlessly. I called up today so anxious to finally get them and was told they still weren’t ready. I got a call back from Rebecca and she insisted she would persistently chase this up until we get them back. That afternoon I got a call from her saying she has kept my phone consult as she managed to get them sent back urgently. “I was recommended to Dr Hardas from a good friend who had surgery by him earlier in the year. He is the 3rd specialist that I saw, and I am so glad I finally made the appointment to see him (due to lockdowns I had waited it out a bit before going to see him). I went to my first appointment with all past test results and Dr letters and based on all the history and going over the details of my issues we discussed next best steps and booked me in for my first laparoscopy surgery at Norwest Private Hospital which was done mid-September. Dr Hardas found and removed a large amount of endometriosis, and the operation went smoothly. Although I haven’t known Dr Hardas for long, I feel more confidence in his ability to provide me with the care I need for my condition then all the Dr’s in the past. Im recovering well and starting to feel myself again and feel extremely grateful to have Dr Hardas in my area to be able to see him. Everyone’s journey is different, but I can guarantee that your experience with Dr Hardas will be very positive leaving you feeling supported and cared for. “Dr Chau is an awesome, no-nonsense, highly experienced GP. I’ve been a patient if his for many years and he is always spot on with his diagnosis and treatment for illness or injury. He is a rare GP in that he will not give a medical certificate or antibiotic or addictive medication unless it it necessary, which increases my trust in his advice. As for the previous poster here carrying on about not being given Endone, read the message in his waiting room which quite clearly (and correctly) says he will not prescribe Endone or other addictive S8 or S4D medicines to someone on their first visit; and offers referrals for detox programs for addiction. I’m sitting right beside the sign now and if I could, I’d post it here…”
