“We recently moved to Australia from Canada. The shipping company that we used in Canada hired AGS World Transport to receive our belongings at port in Sydney, without our knowledge. Unfortunately the company in Canada failed to communicate our contract properly with AGS, and our goods were held up in a depot with no end in sight. Marilyn and the rest of the team at AGS went above and beyond the call of duty, making the process for me as smooth as it could have possibly gone. With what seemed to be endless roadblocks that our shipping company in Canada caused, Marilyn managed to plough them out of the way as if they were speed bumps in the road.
