“We purchased our new lounge from Plush Warrawong store. The sales staff were extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Our lounge was delivered last week and we LOVE it! It fits our space perfectly and is everything we wanted. The delivery guys were fantastic. They were nice and took extra care including putting protective carpet stickers on the bottom of the lounge as we have hard wood floors. I had completely forgotten to get them! They cleaned up and took every bit of rubbish. Couldn’t recommend them more! Such great service from showroom to delivery.”

“Couldn't fault this place. A step above the rest. Quite a large store and has everything you could possibly need to either set up or upgrade your home. The difference here is the staff and the quality customer service they provide. We dealt with probably 5 or 6 different staff members over a couple of days, all from different sections of the store and every single one of them was friendly, kind, helpful and above all, honest. They aren't out to sell you something for the sake of it. They will spend the time, talk you through different options and genuinely find you something that suits your needs”
