“I simply can't thank the school enough. My son started at St Peters this year. This is my son's fourth school and although he is quite academic and loves to learn has spent his school days trying survive with little support. First day at this school and he came home stating he loved the school. I asked why and my son said : " they hear me here they don't dismiss me". A term in and my son is thriving, no more school refusal, has returned to social activites outside of school. (For 2 years my son had become withdrawn and disengaged). My son is back to his happy, bubbly engaging self. Communication at St Peters is EXCELLENT. The level of supoort and care by ALL staff is amazing. A special thanks to Karen Peters ( Business Manager) my first contact with the school. By the time I arrived at the office I was broken and an emotional mess as last year was the most horrifying year my son has ever encountered. Karen Peters was extremely welcoming, kind and understanding and went out of her way to help. Our enrolement was right at the end of term 4 . Despite the late enrolement the school was well prepared first day of first term to give my son the care and support he so desperately needed. A few weeks after my son starting at this school Karen Peters checked in with me to not only see how my son was adjusting but to see how I was. I have never encountered a school that listens, and communicates so effectively and also demonstrates such a high level of geniune care for personal welfare of students and there families. I would also like to make special mention of Rebecca Collins. Rebecca Collins has provided truelly amazing support to my son making his transition into a new school an extremely easy transition. The level of support provided to my son by Rebecca Collins has been more than I could ever have hoped for. To all of my son's teachers: thank you. My son comes home every day sharing positive experiences in the classroom day after day after day. The level of geniune care and support recieved from St Peters towards my son is more than I could ever have hoped for or expected. This school goes above and beyond. I would go as far as saying St Peters is like a home away from home.”
