It was appendices so he admitted to stay overnight and they did the operation on Saturday morning. Thanks to the doctors, nurses and other staff they were very helpful and nice. The emergency department has a charging station to charge your mobile phones while waiting.”

“Taking Covid test and the queue was super long. However, the guy who’s trying to direct cars was very helpful answering our questions, letting us know the queue might take at least one hour. Some cars don’t know the road situation and he was very eager to direct them. He’s very polite and can tell he’s doing his best trying to manage the long queue and keep it in order with gentle attitude and smile on his face. Under a very hot sun without any water. As we were waiting, there’s a lady got out of her car and trying to argue something with the man, even trying to direct other cars to go through. Not sure what they were talking about but I found it’s really disrespectful to the worker as they are trying so hard to manage so we could all get test. She later on took her phone out filming the guy which is not very helpful for the car queue either. Wrote this down hopefully remind all of us to have some empathy and respect for those people serving at front line during Covid.”
