“Our company designed and built the new practice environment for Dr Alistair Graham and I must say that the entire team at Mona Vale Dental were a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were and still are wonderful clients and people. His team are so caring and whilst we were shooting a video on location for a whole day, I saw first hand how the team greeted and looked after their patients. Wow was I impressed. The place looks amazing too and I recommend anyone in the local area to make an appointment and go and feel what it is like to be treated by such great professionals in an amazing space. “The team at Mona Vale Vet are absolutely phenomenal, I am on the Northern Beaches on holiday and my toy cavoodle has unfortunately had 7 paralysis ticks in a week ,and between Northside and Mona Vale Vet they have gone above and beyond to not only help Sadie but also to bring my stress levels down. “Ceridwen is the best Cosmetic nurse I have come across. She listened to all my issues and came up with the best treatment plan. I had four tribella treatments which made my skin smooth and glowing. I also had anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers for my cheeks and jawline. Ceridwen has many years of experience doing anti-aging treatments and the results are stunning and so natural looking . I look so young now, that when I go out with my adult children, I look like their siblings, not their mum. I feel confident and I love to put lots of pictures on facebook and instagram”

“A few months ago I was told that this place is quite renowned for its acupuncture and authentic medicine. I visited 3 times by far and had some 90-days packets of liquid Korean medicine prescribed, and Mike was super friendly and nice, and even humble. I suffered with chronic gut issues, neck pain and headache. I’ve especially suffered with chronic headache from stress, and sometimes was even difficult to breathe. It has been like this for over a year and after 2 visits of receiving acupuncture it’s better already. So I’ve also asked for the medicine and am planning to visit more. Highly recommend for those who go to the regular clinic but going to clinic doesn’t really help. For my headache, all I could do was taking panadol and regular hospital couldn’t do much, but going to Mike really really resolved my problem. The place is really nice and clean, and seems very professional, too.”

“Tranquillo place has some amazing therapist.I would recommend Jane Macnaught ,amazing woman kind compassionate and very easy to talk to.Jane has worked with refugees in Naru and is deeply insightful. with all events related to grief and trauma. Robin Grille is a wonderful psychologist I took my teenage daughter to him. As a father to a teenage child himself , his insight is deeply appreciated. He often quotes his own handling of situations with his daughter and that make it so relatable for me and my husband. I really do enjoy my time in this tranquil setting.”

“This is the first review I’ve written but felt compelled to give a positive experience as mine was nothing like the one below. I came in for a dating scan and the ladies at reception we’re all very bubbly and bright. When taken in for my scan unfortunately the outlook didn’t look great for my pregnancy. The lovely lady who did my US was gentle, kind and very sympathetic to my visible upset. She asked if I had any questions for her or if there was anything she could answer for me, she told me to take my time and explained all the next steps for me. Trying to hold myself together I asked the reception lady if I could please phone her to pay and she kindly said of course, she also noticed me struggling to exit the lift with my pram and came to my aid to assist, I returned for a follow up scan today, greeted by different reception staff and technician. Both of which were just as kind and caring as last week.”

“My husband had to attend Mona Vale on Friday 19th May due to a huge haematoma on his toe that was broken. The staff were very caring, efficient, experienced and the atmosphere was one of peace and calm. We had to go back again on Sunday and it was the very same experience - great care.”
