“When booking an appointment I had excellent service from the person on the other end of the phone - she wanted to know my exact problems so that the physiotherapist could better prepare for our care. I had Jasmine as my physiotherapist and I really felt like she looked after me. I even received a check up text from her a week later - it really shows the level of care you receive from the health professionals at Physio Inq Wetherill Park. Physio isn’t cheap, but they really make the money worth it. The clinic is also well maintained & organised. I would definitely recommend!”

“Being a first time mum with a heart condition and only one fallopian tube, I needed to ensure i was in the best of care when it came to choosing a OB. After doing my own research and reading up on many talented Dr’s, i came across Dr Nasreen Shammas. Immediately after viewing her website and reading her bio and viewing her warm and inviting profile, something in me was drawn to her and i needed to meet her in person. After meeting with Dr Nasreen Shammas, i was so comfortable and relaxed that i felt that i had known her for years. i was greeted with a warm inviting smile, she made me feel so comfortable; felt like i have known her for years. At my consultation, we had an open thorough discussion about my underlining conditions and concerns, and how i really wanted a natural birth, no epidural and no c-section unless the baby or I were in danger. Dr Shammas had gained my trust with her knowledgeable responses, explaining her experiences of clients with similar conditions and how her pregnancy plan was designed for me, stating “ that baby is mine until you deliver, and i place him on you”. Allowing me to be at ease with every step, to ensure that my baby and I are in good health and stress free throughout my pregnancy. January 25th 2023 at 5:30am my water broke, the rush of excitement had taken over. I had called Sydney South West Private at 9:00 am and advised to come in, as my contractions began at 30min apart. They notified Dr Shammas and she had come in and checked on me by 9:30am. By 3:00pm Dr Shammas was advised to come and deliver, as now i had dilated 8cm. Once she arrived I was ready to push, as i had now dilated 10cm and he was ready to come out. As i was pushing the baby’s heart rate had dropped dramatically and Dr Shammas was quick to take into action and reposition the baby’s arm for me to push with ease and ensuring the safety of delivery with no rips. Overall i will definitely be ensuring she is my OB for the rest of my life. I truley love and respect her, and she is amazing at what she does!”

“Dr Tatian is incredible! So knowledgeable and really makes you feel comfortable. Answers all questions very clearly, and is honest with what you need/don’t need. Extremely gentle, thorough, and shows genuine care. The staff are also amazing! Always greet you with a smile on their face even if it’s at 7.30am. I drive 40mins to get to these guys — so worth it. Highly recommend.”

“Highly recommend, never had a bad experience in over 20 years. Ideal smile have been looking after my family's teeth for over 20 years. We have all since moved from Cabramatta but still make our way to Ideal smile whenever we need a clean or something more. My most recent visit was with Dr Thomas who was informative and gentle during the clean. I usually see Dr Jesse who has since moved on. Dr Thomas was able to find my sensitive teeth before beginning the clean and was extra careful in those areas. He gave me tips for oral care after the clean too and notified me of problem areas to watch. Service is always great on the phone or at the front desk. Appointments start on time on Shirly's watch. Chit chat is a nice plus when it's less busy. Language is less of a barrier at Ideal smile. English, Khmer, Teo chiu are all viable. I'm sure there are more i'm missing. If you've made an appointment, you get an SMS reminder before your appointment. I don't know of all the dental machinery, but i've had mouthguards for sport and sleep made here. Teeth x-rays can be done on the spot if required. I'm sure there is more that i'm missing.”
