“Vet Raf was so patient, gentle, calm and caring with my cat Atticus. Atticus gets very stressed easily and Raf made sure Atticus felt comfortable and did what was best for him, to make sure he was delivered the best care possible without making him too stressed. He educated me about medication and care, the experience overall was fantastic and I will be using his services again :)”

“Highly recommend! Mitch helped me training for my half marathon, and even though I got badly injured a week before (I couldn’t even walk anymore), he still helped me across the finish line! You can tell that he is so passionate about his work and his approach is refreshing and so effective as he can see how all the muscles in your body are connected. “This is a great little local Veterinary service, I would never consider going anywhere else, they are always very friendly and caring about my dog. I am told everything in clear detail about what I may need to do to look after him, and if he needs treatment, everything is explained. I am always very satisfied with the care he receives. Great staff who just seem to love their jobs.”

“The Clinic is amazing! Today was my third visit to the clinic. I’ve previously had two skin pen treatments and today had Fraxel laser. They are completely covid safe, there is sanitiser at the open door, the reception staff check your temperature upon arrival and a quick questionnaire to keep clients and staff safe. Very comfortable waiting area with complimentary drinks, and friendly reception staff. Spotlessly clean throughout and I felt in safe hands through all of my treatments. Thorough explanation on everything that is being applied and post care. Follow up emails to explain post care is greatly appreciated and go into great detail, and advice on correct products to use after treatments to soothe the skin. Kaye and Lisa go above and beyond to accommodate and I can’t recommend enough. Paige is a gem and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks ladies! I will be telling everyone about the clinic x”

“Really lovely service through out. The receptionists sounded patient and kind. Same when I was face to face with them. Really warm . Doctor was patient and informative to all my worries and queries. Bit pricey but I guess I feel safe and cared for there.”

The lady there looked up if any other store had it, she found it at the outlet at Birkenhead shopping center. She contacted them and asked them to put it on hold for me. today I picked it up. “I cannot thank Ronnie Stein enough at the Ki Clinic.. having been a little skeptical about acupuncture and having never had a treatment. I went yesterday for a nerve injury on my wrist. Brushing my teeth had became an excruciatingly painful exercise.. Ronnie took one look at my wrist and knew it was nerve damage that was referred from my shoulder. I had a treatment at 10.30am and by the end of the day, the pain was 95% gone.. I am stunned by this result and cannot recommend the Ki Clinic enough.. thank you Ronnie, thank you..”

“Farryl is one of the most incredible people, and physiotherapist I have ever met. I have been going to him since I was a child and I have never had an issue and he as been able to treat a wide range of issues I have had shin splints, knots, spasms, knee issues, back pain, wrist pain and they have all been fixed over the course of a few treatments and he taught me how to keep my body healthy to prevent future injuries He is very professional and also provides exercises to do at home, I highly recommend doing them. He looks at problems holistically so to not just treat the symptoms, but to find the root cause of the pain Our session are filled with insightful conversations and I always leave having learnt something new Farryl is an excellent physiotherapist and I highly recommend him for any forms of pain, injury, tension or discomfort”
