“One of my fave Japanese in Sydney and I have been coming here for years. I ordered the slow cooked wagyu, chicken katsu and battered whiting. Oh my, the wagyu was flavoursome and just melted in my mouth! I am very picky with my katsu as I often found them overcooked and dry, but their chicken katsu is the best one I've ever had. So tender, moist and the right amount of crunch. And their battered whiting was also yummy too.”

“Such a great place! Self check-in, easy access, modern and clean rooms that are a perfect size for one person. Feels a little more homely than your normal budget hotel. Great location but still quiet! All basics included, however be mindful there’s no fridge.”

Greeted with a beaming smile, the offer of a variety of drinks and a handshake, already better than any other place I've ever been to. The haircut and shampoo was of the highest quality, she listened to my needs and delivered with enthusiasm. And to top it all off, the facial option at the end was simply heavenly! “I used Floreat for my wedding flowers and couldn't be happier with the end result! Jane did a fabulous job at bringing my ideas and vision to life! I wanted a very classic, tight look as opposed to an abstract look and that's exactly what I got! I found Jane incredibly easy to work with (and so did our event co-ordinator). From a logistics perspective everything was easy as well! I can't explain how reassuring it was to be able to walk into our wedding ceremony and reception and see such stunning floral displays everywhere!”

“Waterfront views (sadly there is construction at the time of this review) but i can imagine it would be beautiful. Quick and friendly service. Beef tartare was fresh and went well with the sourdough bread. Roasted corn ribs was tasty, but difficult to eat, as there was still the core in it to hold its shape. Sousvide beef rib was tender and fell off the bone, my fave of the night. Tomahawk steak was grilled with a light charcoal flavour and cooked to our desired medium rare, tasted as good as it can get. I would recommend getting the redwine jus and one other dipping sauce, mushroom or chimmichuri, depending on what you feel like that day. Would go back for a special occasion.”

“We had a perfect stay at Medusa. It is located in a very nice area with lots of cafes and restaurants. The owners are so nice and friendly. In the first night we had a complaint about our room neighbours, Jesse immediately offered us a new room in the upper floor, which was much better. “Nestled picturesquely on Pyrmont's shoreline this restaurant has a soft, classy and romantic ambience. Came here for a Saturday night dinner. The service is great and the food is delicious. The steaks are cooked to perfection. It is a little pricey but well worth it!! If you love steak and waterfront dining then this restaurant is the place to be!”

“Came here on a Friday evening for dinner. Got here at 5:30pm. Had a booking and advised them that we required wheelchair access, which they were, and kindly accommodated us. We ordered the chilli prawn and mussel hotpot as a share entree, seafood paella, and rib eye with an extra bowl of chips for mains. All were delicious, cooked perfectly. We were too full to order dessert, but we were so keen on getting the mango brulee. We will have to come back to try it! Also, they do not serve alcohol which I support! (But they do offer BYO)”

“These boys are tops great diversity of good things tobacconists should have. They look after you to real good. It's a bit pricey but they can't help it on Oxford street rents.
