Bromley Village Apartments

"So glad I didn’t go with these apartments. They were awful with communication they would never answer the phone and when they did give me a call back they gave me incorrect information. I was told my apartment would be ready by a certain day and that it was okay to come tour the day prior after driving an hour and a half to come tour the apartment they tell me is not ready that i will not be able to tour until my “move in date” (the next day) I show up the next day around 10 and they tell me move ins are done in the afternoon I asked again can I atleast just look at the apartment since I had to go to work that afternoon and yet they tell me is not ready! So frustrating they called the next day telling my apartment was ready but at this point I had already applied somewhere else. So unprofessional the manager wouldn’t even come speak with me to tell me herself the leasing agent had to keep running back and forth from the back office to the front office to tell me what her manager was saying. I never leave reviews but this one I had to leave due to the unprofessionalism, they say you get what you pay for and so glad I didn’t sign a lease with them."

"This review is for Assistant Property Manager, Kate. She is patient, understanding, responsive and attentive. Throughout the years of living here I have not had the best experience with the office staff and I am hoping she stays with the community for the length of my duration here. Since she has been here someone answers the phone AND responds to my emails/requests. THANK YOU!!"

"Last night, my a/c unit broke down and it was still 90 degrees outside - didn’t make for a good nights sleep but the next morning the maintence team came by and started working on it. It took them well over 6 hours of work (in the heat of the day) and much replacement on the ac unit. I didn’t get the guys name, but he wore a pink collared shirt and was my main point of contact. He was awesome! Professional, detailed, even gave my pup some love and after they were all finished he made sure to double check and make sure the cold air was flowing before leaving. Thanks again guys!!!"

"Been here less than two months and I already contacted an attorney and the city of Fort Mill to explore my legal options and rights as a tenant and hopefully move out of this ghetto complex ASAP. Management is non-existent and could care less about service requests or complaints no matter how many times you contact them . So to those who are considering moving here, you've been warned."

"There’s two big black snakes that live in the building’s brick wall outside and mate every season. So there’s small baby snakes outside on the sidewalks and breezeways every now and then. Maintenance insists on not doing anything about it to keep mice away. I personally don’t feel comfortable and have a terrible fear of reptiles. At the end of the day, paying how ever much rent to live with a family of literal snakes in the wall."
