"The place is beautiful, elegant, this hotel is very beautiful and clean. I only give it three because they have very few staff. The guy at the bar has to serve, make coffee, be a waiter. Today in the morning there were several people and for them to serve you it was time to pay. In many hotels they overload the work staff, I am not saying that this hotel is the same but please only one person in the morning hours for breakfast, serve, charge, serve, clean, please."
"David, Janet, and Cam make this hotel feel like home. I have “rewards” at other hotel chains but always choose to stay here because of the service and experience that these three bring. The customer service is exceptional…along with the super comfy beds! Anytime I am in Fort Mill I will stay here."
"This establishment is truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. As anticipated, my room was excellent, but what truly elevated the experience was the outstanding hospitality and service. Comparable to an all-inclusive resort, within the first day of check-in, every staff member knew me by name, engaging in delightful conversations, including DJ during morning breakfasts and Janet in the evenings. Jim, the hotel manager, is the most welcoming and warm-hearted individual I have had the pleasure of meeting, going above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. Amidst all this, the food and beverages are fantastic and reasonably priced. Despite the weather being a bit cold for a swim, the gym and entertainment areas appeared to be in great condition."
"Great hotel, very updated. The room was super clean, the location was great, and the staff is very friendly. The bar is the cherry on the top of the cake, the bartenders are wonderful, and of course, David the Superstar (you guys are very lucky to have him there) he is the soul of the bar, I absolutely loved his energy, sense of humor and sympathy."
"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice. Clean. Safe. Quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation during my sisters wedding weekend. I looked forward to laying in that bed every night during my stay. The customer service here was above and beyond morning noon and night. After the horror we experienced at the other Cambria in Rock Hill this hotel was a breath of fresh air. I look forward to staying here in the near future."
