"I just concluded a 4-night stay over Thanksgiving. Unfortunately the room assigned to us, Room 302 was nowhere up to Marriott Courtyard standards. The room should have been taken out of service due to dangerous conditions in the bathroom. Water leaks behind light switches and GFI made the wall soggy. Looked like a repair was attempted but not completed. Water stains and mold were obvious at bottom of glass shower wall. Also ceiling above shower showed evidence of a leak from the bathroom above in room 402. Ceiling was wet to touch and showed stains. Here are the pictures of all those conditions. Desk declined a reassignment. This hotel is long past a need for a refresh or specific room renovations. A sub-par room at Courtyard by Marriott premium room rates. Something doesn’t add up here. Suggest that you avoid this property until after a property wide refresh."
"Nice hotel basic in a sense but Stephanie at front desk is lazy n don’t want to do her job correctly n then that ignorant woman had the nerve to speak to me like I’m slow over the phone definitely will be speaking to the GM"
"I often stay here when in town for business. The hotel is always quiet and clean. Staff is always friendly and rooms are always nice. The best thing about staying here is its within walking-distance to tons of great restaurants and bars."
"What a nice area!! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was great! The check-in gal was really nice. I would definitely stay here again!"
