"For the most part it was a nice stay. They did not have any dishes for the kitchen suites. The workers seem to have a chip on their shoulders. Not what you would expect as far as the people skills needed for customer service. No hospitality whatsoever!"

"ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!! Beware they have a big infestation!! When they go to bomb those rooms, they are escaping to the next room!! So either way you will have them because its gonna take them a while to get rid of them!! And they are not telling you when you check in ofcourse so you can still pay them and have to deal with it! Also, the rooms are not cleaned all the way and my phone doesn’t work. I recommend you go somewhere else and check the room before you put your stuff down or even ask people who stay there before you even pay!! There’s always someone around who will tell you how the hotel is. And always check reviews! The people are nice for the most part and will try and help, but I still should’ve been informed!"

"I have to thank Mandarius(hopefully I spelled his name right)and I think Tina and all the other staff members for making my stay here like home! They are so friendly and were so nice to my dog Louie. I stayed for 2 weeks and they really do not bother you if you opt out of housekeeping which I did bc I’m ocd and a clean freak anyway so I didn’t really need it. They have a free coffee bar in the lobby which is nice and also a vending machine near the elevator with snacks and drinks. If you have a dog they have grass in the back of the hotel with poo bags and receptacle and the back door is not too far. There is also a dumpster in the back as well so you can throw your trash out if you’d like. The window in the room opens slightly so you can get a nice breeze. The a/c also worked well. I’d say the only negative was they don’t allow cats (had to leave my cat with my mom on the trip). But I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you all so much!! *Also I forgot to mention the have a nice kitchen in the room but if you cook make sure and bring pots/pans and utensils*"

"I have stayed here frequently over the years due to business travel. It normally is a great value for what the rooms offer. I haven't stayed for a few months. I recently stayed and was extremely disappointed. Normally, the place is very clean and in good repair. Even better, the service is excellent. Better than much higher rated hotels I have stayed at. The staff especially the management is pretty consistent and had always been a huge positive. This time it just seemed different. The place was dirty and disorganized. The staff were all new. The old manager (i think her name was Patty and she was great) was no longer there I assume since I didn't see her and she would never let it get like this. But the best employee is Tina. Not really sure what her position is, but she is the awesome and everybody loves her. If it wasn't her, I would absolutely rate my experience a terrible 1 star!! Not sure who the manager is now, but if it were me, I would absolutely make Tina the manager of this place. As a business owner, I know it can be hard to find good help. And, when you do, you should do all you can to keep them around and make them happy. I fully trust she would turn it around and it would be the 4 star place it use to be! For now, I will look for other options!"

"Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and spacious, but the staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! Tina, the GM exceeds what above and beyond truly is. Tina and her entire staff(Lisa, Gabby, just to name a few) are extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. They all truly care about their guest. Hands down, one of the best places I've stayed for longer than a week. I'll definitely be back!!!"
