“Dr Rachael was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, carefully and thoroughly examined our dog, explained the condition and treatment options and gave us time to discuss the process. The vet nurses are also exceptional and they walked is through the interaction with kindness and patience, showing us the correct way to clean our pet's ears, offering a towel to keep the seat of our car clean and ensuring that we were informed at all times. There are no words to describe how wonderful the staff at Vetwest Whitfords are.”

“I requested a quiet one bedroom apartment but on arrival found we were located on the highway side of the hotel. I asked the staff if it was possible to be moved, which they did without hesitation as well as give us a complimentary bottle of champagne once they knew why we were staying there. We stayed for two nights and just loved our apartment which had two balconies overlooking East Fremantle. Easy walk to George street as well as North Freo. Such an awesome place to stay, very stylish accomodation. We will definitely be back.”

“Don’t come here for a prescription unless you have done it on line. It’s an hour or more wait if you walk in. Makes the savings worthless. Whitfords is sometimes the only place to get certain things. The staff are ok and just got served in 15 minutes so not so bad”
